Sweet Celebrations Return Policy:
Most of our products are handmade or embellished at the time of ordering. We please ask that you make your selection carefully as items are not returnable. All of our items are carefully examined before shipping, but if you should have any problems, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, this however does not guarantee a return.
Personalized Items/Custom Made:
Please understand that if you order a personalized item or custom made clothing, there are NO returns or REFUNDS. Once you have purchased a personalized item no cancellations or returns or exchanges will be allowed, this includes filing a Pay Pal Chargeback.
