When should I place my order?
The sooner you call us, the better chance we have of getting the stork there before Mom and baby arrive home.
When is the yard card delivered?
We need a minimum of 24 hours notice, and strive to fulfill the order within 48 hours. A specific delivery time will be given when the order is placed.
What are the signs made of and how do they stand up?
Our signs are made from either PVC or pressure treated wood, and sealed with a protective coating. The sign has a small metal stake that is used to anchor it to the ground.
What if I want to move the sign?
Please do not attempt to move the sign. If it is necessary then please contact us.
Can I mow my lawn?
If you mow your yard during the rental period, please be careful around the sign. Please avoid trimming close to the base of the sign. We appreciate you taking care of our lawn announcements.
What if the sign becomes damaged?
Our signs are very durable. However, if you notice any damage please notify us immediately. Our signs are not designed to withstand climbing by children. For your childs safety, do not let them play on or near the sign.
Does somebody need to be home when the sign arrives?
No. We will take care of everything.
Do you deliver to apartments or condos?
We offer personalized baby bundles that can be hung from apartment or condo doors. These are for purchase only. When making your order, please don't forget to mention this so we can come prepared.
How do I pay for my rental?
We accept cash, check and money orders. Fee for returned checks is $30.
